Fees applying to all new tenancies from 1st June 2019
We may charge a tenant any or all of the following when required:
a security deposit with a maximum of 5 weeks rent, or 6 weeks on a property with rent over £50,000 per year;
a holding deposit of no more than one weeks’ rent;
default fee for late payment of rent (after 14 days);
reasonable charges for lost keys or security fobs;
payments associated with contract variation, at £50 or reasonable costs incurred if higher, when requested by the tenant;
payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant; and
payments in respect of bills - utilities, communication services, TV licence, council tax and green deal or other energy efficiency charges.
Fees applying to all pre-existing tenancies entered before 1st June 2019
We shall continue to apply the charges within the existing tenancy agreement until 31st May 2020.
As part of the application process you will need to pay an application fee of £240.00 including VAT to cover the cost of references and administration. The application fee is a non-refundable fee payable at the commencement of each application. All applications are subject to the receipt of satisfactory references and subject to contract. It is therefore fundamental that you provide accurate information from the outset. If we do not believe your application will be accepted, we will not accept an application fee from you.
Upon receipt of satisfactory references you will need to pay your first months rent, a security deposit (usual 1.5 times the monthly rent) that will be protected by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, £180 including VAT for the preparation and execution of the Tenancy Agreement and a checkout fee to cover the cost of the checkout inspection at the end of your tenancy (see price list below).

If you decide to renew your tenancy towards the end of the initial fixed term, you will need to pay a tenancy renewal fee of £120 including VAT. This will be payable upon every renewal of your tenancy if a new agreement is signed.
